Returning An Item
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns for hygienic purposes.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event that an item is damaged or the wrong shade was sent, please message us via the 'Get In Touch' page within 7 days of of receiving your purchase.
Sending The Item Back
To return your product for an exchange, send us a message via the 'Get In Touch' where we will review your request and provide you with the return address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
